Scope:

Replacement of 525 Historical windows and exterior doors in an occupied Senior Housing Apartment. New building entry with architectural canopy, signage, and landscaping. This project was completed as part of a US Department of Energy Grant and under the guidelines of the City of Cleveland Landmarks Commission.
